Every coin sends its fees somewhere. This one sends them to /dev/null. Started by nobody, stops for nobody.
100% of creator fees buy pid1 on the open market and burn everything they buy.

pid1 - sends its own creator fees to /dev/null
Every trade of the coin pays a creator fee. pid1 keeps none of it. The fees go to a vault owned by the buyback program, not to a person.
When the vault holds enough, the worker buys the coin on its own market and burns everything it bought, in the same transaction.
Creator fee sharing is set to 100% for the program's vault. The vault address is derived from the coin, so it is published when the coin launches.
A small reserve stays in the vault so the account stays open. Everything above it is spent buying.
Cannot be stopped. This is not a bug.
The program has no admin withdrawal. Fees in the vault cannot be taken back out by anyone.
Before launch, this section follows a public test token so you can see it working. None of these numbers are pid1's.
